Dr. Vi Cao joined IBSS as an Assistant Professor in Economics in 2022. She holds a PhD from University of Rochester. Her research interests include Game Theory, Dynamic Mechanism Design, Epistemic Game Theory, and Health Economics. She is currently interested in applying game theory to examine how public reporting and pay-for-performance can improve healthcare quality. She has published papers in International Journal of Game Theory, the B.E. Journal of Theoretical Economics, and Economics Letters.
