Personal profile

Dr. Tong Wu is currently an Assistant Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She earned her PhD in technology management from the University of Technology Malaysia. Prior to joining XJTLU, she has worked in few prestigious technological centers such as Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and Ocean Thermal Energy Centre, UTM in facilitating the innovation and commercialization of research projects, building partnerships with industry in the fields of healthcare, field robotics, and agriculture, and working with affiliated companies and spin-offs through market research, regulatory and business development processes. She has also worked with start-ups to provide business consultancy, training, and market research. Her professional and academic interests are in the area of business model innovation, digital transformation, sustainable business practices, and entrepreneurship education
