I joined XJTLU in 2011. Since that time I have worked on both Y1 and Y2 provision and have led a number of modules in the ELC. I am currently working towards a PhD in Education with Lancaster University. My research interests include: cross-cultural leadership, followership behaviours, evaluative practive, and assessment.
