Dr. Stefan Seedorf is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Hub, Entrepreneur College (Taicang), Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) in Suzhou, China. Over the past two decades, Stefan has worked as a founder of technology startup Synchronite; an R&D Director and Principal Engineer at LivePerson Inc., leading software innovation teams; a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim, Germany, for five years; and an Assistant Professor at the University of Mannheim conducting software engineering research projects. Stefan combines extensive industry experience in software product development with academic expertise in technology management and innovation. He brings practical insights spanning the entire software innovation lifecycle, from research conceptualization to market launch and scaling. His research areas include software engineering with knowledge management and AI applications, technology innovation, and technology commercialization.
