Dr. Sichen Liu is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Intelligent Science at the School of Advanced Technology in Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). She received her Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from the Institute of Acoustic, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021. From Jul. 2021 to Oct. 2022, she worked as an audio algorithm research scientist at Tencent. Her current research interests focus on AI research for audio/speech, covering sound event detection, sound source separation, and speech enhancement.
