Dr. Shuyang Si joined the School in September 2021 as an Assistant Professor in Economics, he currently serves as the BSc Economics and Finance Program Director, IBSSxSURF Coordinator, IBSSxCornell Coordinator.
He received his Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management from Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in August 2021.
Shuyang is also a Faculty Associate at the Cornell University Think-tank for Resources, Energy, and the Environment: Science and Policy-related Economic Analysis and Research (TREESPEAR).
Shuyang’s research focuses on Energy and Environmental Economics, Food and Agricultural Economics, Behavior Economics and Policy Data Analysis, especially as they pertain to China.
