Dr. Run Wen is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Educational Studies in the Academy of Future Education at XJTLU. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from McGill University and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies in Education from the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Wen’s research interests focus on educational technologies and how these technologies can be leveraged to support learners’ cognitive development, motivation, and achievement emotions. Her studies have been presented at leading international conferences and published in top-tier education journals, including Computers & Education, the British Journal of Educational Technology, and Education and Information Technologies.
Dr. Wen has extensive experience in developing and teaching graduate-level courses in diverse learning environments, including online, face-to-face, and blended formats. As a passionate educator, she strives to challenge her students to achieve their full potential while providing them with the equal learning opportunities, scaffolding, and support needed to succeed both academically and personally.
