Richard Foster

I come from Charlotte, North Carolina in the southeast United States, which is a fairly large city with professional American Football, (the Carolina Panthers), and basketball (the Charlotte Hornets). Michael Jordan is the owner of the basketball team, and I went to the same university as he did, The University of North Carolina. Prior to joining XJTLU in September 2013, I taught 6 years in Poland and 2 in Ukraine, where I was also the Director of Studies of a language school. I particularly like teaching at university because the students are nearly adults and are largely motivated. In my spare time, I like listening to music (mostly classic and alternative rock), watching movies, and reading. I am also quite interested in the environment and all things to do with nature :-) For exercise, I love bicycling.
