Miaomiao is an Assistant Professor in Marketing, IBSS, Xian-Jiaotong Liverpool University. She currently serves as the Programme Director of the BA Digital and Intelligent Marketing Programme and the Coordinator of the Smart Mobility Analytics Centre (https://smartmobilityanalytics.github.io/).
Before joining IBSS, Miaomiao obtained her PhD degree at Fudan University and worked as a Post-Doc in MS&IS at Fudan University, China. Her research interests lie in the sharing economy, service refusal, smart mobility, advertising, silver economy, and UGC. Her work has been published in leading international journals, such as Decision Support Systems, Journal of Business Research, Transportation Research Part D, and IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication.
