Professor of the HeXie Management Research Centre at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Dean of the XiPu Talent Strategy Innovation Research Institute, and Secretary General of the Industry and Strategic Resources Alliance at College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE).

Formerly served as the Director of MBA Education Centre, Assistant Dean, and Vice Dean of the School of Management of Xi'an Jiaotong University, as well as the Department Director at School of Management in Zhejiang University of Technology. Also served as the Director of the Office of the Management Science Department of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education, a member and Secretary General of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Business Administration Disciplines of the Ministry of Education, and a member of the Expert Committee for the Science and Technology Basic Resource Data Platform of the Ministry of Education.

Research Interests

Academic research interests mainly focus on the fields of enterprise theory and organizational ecology, organizational and human resource management, education and technology management, etc. Dr. Liang has led and participated in more than 50 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, and enterprise consulting projects. Dr. Liang have published more than 80 academic papers, published 15 monographs and textbooks, and won more than 10 scientific research and teaching achievement awards including the First Prize of National Teaching Achievements and the prizes of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress.
