Dr. Qi Jun is an associate professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She is also recognized as National High-level Talent of China,one of the "Top 100 Outstanding Overseas Chinese Scholars" by China Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and obtained Chinese government award for outstanding self-finance students abroad, a member of the Orthopedics Group of the China Medical Device Innovation and Application Branch. She was selected as A high-level A-class talent in Fujian Province, a key member of the leading team for innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province, and a talent under the "Double Hundred Plan" of Xiamen City. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK and completed her postdoctoral research at the University of Oxford UK. Her research focuses on medical-related artificial intelligence algorithms and brain computer interface. She has published over 80 high-quality papers and led two subprojects of the National Key Research and Development Program, one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other key support projects for Chinese returnees, with a total funding of more than RMB 9 million. I am constantly recruiting PhD, MSc/MRes and UG students in the fields of AI for healthcare (medical signal processing or image processing) and brain-computer interfaces.

祁君博士,女,西交利物浦大学副教授,博导,入选国家级高层次人才,人社部百名优秀留学归国博士,国家优自留学奖获得者,中国医疗器械创新与应用分会骨科组委员。曾入选福建省高层次A类人才,江苏省双创领军团队骨干,厦门市双百计划人才。英国Liverpool John Moores大学计算机专业博士毕业,英国牛津大学博士后,重点研究医学相关人工智能算法。发表高质量论文80余篇,知识产权10余项,Google学术引用量2000余次。主持和参与国家重点研发计划子课题3 项,国家自然基金项目2项,中国留学归国人员重点支持项目,省部级和企业横向项目多项等累计经费900余万元。长期招收对AI医疗(医疗信号处理或影像处理)、脑机接口方向有经验或感兴趣的博士生、研究生和本科生。
