Dr. Ahmed earned his PhD in Enterprise Management from Wuhan University of Technology (Project 211). His research involves leadership and employee behavior and has evolved into multidisciplinary perspectives during his postdoctoral fellowship.

Bragging Rights: never paid tuition fee from 2nd year of college through to PhD
Gold Medalist two consecutive years in college (A-Levels Equivalent), and Merit Scholarships until PhD.
Professional Experience: He started gaining field experience early in his teenage with part time work and has over 20 years of cumulative experience in administration, operational efficiency, and sales functions; has led large sized teams. He spent 08 years managing country operations for a British SME and supervising the review and control of the target revenue generation function. Also provided consultancy services to another British offshore SME helping streamline the corporate outlook through improvement in Operational Efficiency, re-Branding, Client Retention, and B2B process flow management with the UK, Sri Lanka Pakistan offices.
He qualified the national examination for civil services and was appointed Assistant Director in the Ministry of Education (Pakistan) where he served for 5 years.
Then he decided to switch careers into academia and pursued his PhD in China and sat another national examination to be selected as one of the 140 candidates nationwide, offered fully paid PhD positions with stipend.
He potently advocates the concept of learning, developing, training and growing together and believes it to be a life-long process.
Having traveled to 10 countries and 55+ cities in China, he believes exposure to multiple cultures has helped him improve his understanding of life, people and technology.
Research interests
Multidisciplinary research areas related to Organizational and Employee Behavior, Leadership Styles, Inclusive Human Resource Practices, Psychological Well-Being of Employees; Green and Environmental Behavior, CSR, ESGs; Entrepreneurship (intentions, mindsets, education, capacity building); Impact of AI on HRM, Marketing Decisions, and Education; and Employee Extra-role Behaviors.
