Dr. Fan Zhu is an Assistant Professor at the School of Robotics, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong in 2021 and her B.Eng. in Computer Science and Technology from Shandong University in 2016.
Dr. Zhu’s research interests include Computer Vision, Multimodal Fusion, AI-driven Robotics and Automation, and Human-Robot Interaction. In 2024, she was recognized with the Double Initiative Award of Jiangsu Province.
She has served as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for several robotics conferences, including ICiMR, RiTA, and ARAEML, and as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences such as IROS and RA-L.
