Dr. Bo Fang, SHRM-CP, is an Assistant Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He received his PhD in Human Resource Development from University of Minnesota. His research interests include but not limited to organisational culture, training and development, intrapreneurship, employee engagement & well-being. His research has been published in journals such as Advances in Developing Human Resources, European Journal of Training and Development, Human Resource Development International. Before joining Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, he served as training and marketing specialist at PingAn Insurance Group, and taught marketing, business statistics and analysis, human resource management and development at University of Minnesota.
