Dr. Bingjie Deng is an Associate Professor and the Director of Research at International Business School Suzhou, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Innovation and Information Management from HKU Business School, The University of Hong Kong. Her primary research interests include human-computer and human-robot interaction, social impacts of IT, emotions, and social media. She is an associate editor for IS academic journals and actively contributes to Association for Information Systems (AIS) conferences and workshops, serving as a track chair, associate editor, and program committee member.
