Personal profile

Dr. Bin Ding is an Associate Professor and the Program Director of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, she worked at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in the U.S. as a postdoc. Bin obtained her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Her research interests include but not limited to service robot, work engagement, over service, and public health. Ph.D. applicants in organizational behavior, applied psychology, and management information systems are welcome!
