Dr. Anirudha Poria is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He received a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2018. Dr. Poria worked as a Visiting Research Fellow at University of Maryland, College Park, an Assistant Professor at Bennett University, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Indian Institute of Science, Bar-Ilan University, IIT Delhi, and IIT Madras. Prior to joining XJTLU in August 2023, he worked as a Research Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. His research interest focuses on applied harmonic analysis, time-frequency analysis and its application in signal processing. He is interested in topics such as HRT conjecture, Gabor analysis, uncertainty principles, and modulation spaces. Dr. Poria has ten years of research experience in the area of applied harmonic analysis and contributed to 20 research articles.
