I supported the Program Director and Head of Department to establish collaboration relationship with Engma Group. The Vice President of Engma was invited to join the External Supervisor of XJTLU. A MoU was signed between XJTLU and Engma. This work will support the HRM Program reform and bring more industrial up-to-date practical wisdom into teaching and research for colleagues in HRM field in IBSS.
