The Suzhou Silk Museum hosted a talk on museum accessibility featuring Director Qian Zhaoyue 钱兆悦 and Vice Director Zhu Yan 朱艳. Academic perspectives came from XJTLU's Industrial Design Department Head Cheng-Hung Lo and Emanuela Corti. The Suzhou Museum's Public Education Director Lv Jian 吕健 contributed institutional insights, while student demonstrated practical applications of their concepts. Together with community participants, these stakeholders explored how participatory design and social innovation can transform cultural institutions into inclusive public spaces through collaborative prototyping and dialogue.
