Urban renewal offers an opportunity to rethink how memory, heritage, technology, and human settlements can shape more meaningful urban futures. This talk explores how digital intelligence, including AI, immersive environments, data-informed design, and smart heritage methods, can support the preservation and revitalization of architectural heritage. Rather than seeing heritage as a static object, the presentation positions it as a living system of spatial, social, and cultural knowledge. It argues that intelligent design approaches can reveal hidden urban patterns, strengthen public engagement, and help reimagine existing spaces for future living.
