IncipitLab is a collective initiative involving 60 representatives from 25 Architecture Schools. The project aims to create a platform for comparison between first-year architectural design laboratories across three-year and five-year Master’s degree courses in Architecture, as well as second-year laboratories in Building-Architecture Engineering courses. This comparative approach is driven by the need to examine and systematise the foundational methodologies employed in the first architectural design experience within workshop-based teaching frameworks.
During the intensive week at "The Stage," each day will feature a session where professors from various Italian universities will discuss architectural design topics, with a special focus on first-year students.
