The IEEE CASS-EDS Suzhou–Wuhan Outreach Workshop 2025 was successfully held on 19 December 2025 at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China. Jointly organized by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) and Electron Devices Society (EDS) Joint Chapters of Suzhou and Wuhan, the workshop aimed to promote technical exchange and collaboration in GaN-based power electronics applications. The event attracted over 25 participants, including faculty members, researchers, graduate students, and industry professionals from multiple institutions. It provided an active platform for sharing recent research advances and exploring future collaboration opportunities in wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies.
