Following an international conference on global public policy hosted by Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) in May 2026, we are organizing a special issue of Global Public Policy and Governance (Q1) under the theme “Multipolarity at the Crossroads: Governing a Post-Unipolar World.” Together with Francesco Macheda from the Department of International Studies at XJTLU, I am serving as a co-editor of the special issue
