Description
Party A: Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) and Party B: Ningbo Autfine Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd intend to establish a strategic cooperation to support a mutually beneficial university–enterprise collaboration ecosystem. The Parties will collaborate on a student project in one or more of the following workstreams:Project 1- Creative opportunity exploration (Appendix A)
Project 2- Strategic market intelligence (Appendix B)
Project 3- Digital market-expansion solution (Appendix C)
Project 4- Market testing and scalability (Appendix D)
Project 5- Integrated expansion proposal (Appendix E)
