Description
This study will investigate the protective effects of 4-phenylbutyric acid (4-PBA) in mucosal cell injury models. The relative strength and validation status of 4-PBA will be assessed, followed by the establishment of alcohol- and hydrogen peroxide-induced mucosal injury models. Optimized conditions will be applied for hydrogen peroxide injury, while established protocols will be used for alcohol-induced damage. The MTT assay will determine the non-toxic concentration range (1–800 μg), within which low, medium, and high concentrations will be tested for antioxidant activity (e.g., SOD activity, MDA levels).| Period | 6 Jul 2025 → 20 Aug 2025 |
