Selected for the DEI Advocates Fellowship, a global learning experience focused on strengthening confidence and competence in advancing diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion across educational and organizational contexts. The fellowship involves deep engagement in anti-oppression practice, collective learning, and facilitated dialogue across global contexts, alongside the design and implementation of an action learning project. Through this fellowship, I am further developing my capacity to lead courageous and compassionate conversations on power, identity, and belonging, particularly within transnational higher education and teacher development spaces, integrating social-emotional learning and equity-centered leadership.
