DES301 Inclusive Treasure Hunt

Description

This is an experiential learning activity: rather than studying inclusivity through lecture or reading, students learn by doing. Working in teams, they physically navigate a mapped route across campus in a fixed step order, documenting every difficulty or barrier they encounter, turning the walk itself into a hands-on encounter with accessibility and exclusion. That concrete experience is then paired with reflection (the documentation) and linked to real practice through Dr. Linqing Li's talk on his own journey into inclusivity. The learning happens through the doing, not through being told.
