Description

Architectural design methods are developing in a more scientific and systematic direction, and the architectural environment, functional spaces and their construction systems are also in urgent need of integration and quantification; big data and rule-oriented procedural methods provide a scientific dynamic evolution mechanism for the architectural discipline, forming a symbiosis of disciplines that promote each other and depend on each other. The report is based on years of practical cases from the Institute of Architectural Algorithms and Applications, School of Architecture, Southeast University. It seeks to transcend the limitations of existing application software from structural logic algorithms, metaphorically and indirectly connect traditional subject concepts in digital methodologies, and proposes the use of programs algorithms reveal and seek patterned solution strategies for design methods, thereby achieving the continuous transformation of digital design methods.
