Our research workshop is designed to engage with affective life and the intensities of feeling in the dramatic ups and downs of the cities that span both the virtual and physical realms, which extend across both the virtual and physical dimensions of cities, and to examine their role in shaping the city's deep emotional fabric. The aim of this affective reflection is to broaden and deepen the traditional understanding of cities by providing a rich and nuanced portrayal of human life and emotions, drawing on diverse case studies from cities around the world.
