AFCT Graduation Exhibition Award Ceremony

Description

As a faculty member at the Academy of Film and Creative Technology (AFCT), I attended the AFCT Graduation Exhibition Award Ceremony on June 1, 2026, at the Dome Immersive Cinema, marking the conclusion of AFCT's first independently organised graduation exhibition. The dual-campus exhibition, themed "Syntegration," showcased graduating works from five programmes across filmmaking, digital media, interactive storytelling, immersive design, and creative industries. In my capacity as supervisor, I guided two student graduation projects, The Silence Between and Wishful Tails & Farewell, which were honored with the Best Fiction Film Award and the Audience Choice Award, respectively, at the ceremony. These achievements reflect my commitment to mentoring students in producing critically and publicly acclaimed creative work, and demonstrate the effectiveness of my supervisory approach in nurturing both artistic excellence and audience engagement.
