WORLD16 Symposium
World16 is a global professional group comprising 16 members focused on VR city
modelling and visualisation. Our vision is to explore innovative computational frameworks
for VR city models. Our mission is to develop and demonstrate computational VR
applications by collaborating with practical professional developers through our summer
workshop and VR International Symposium. During the workshop, members propose new
projects through brainstorming and prototype implementation. The outcomes are
showcased at the symposium during the Forum8 Design Festival every fall. Our goal is to
advance knowledge and skills in VR by publishing developed tools and methods in
technical journal papers and at international conferences.
