Description

This project proposed a Q-learning approach to plan resilient power distribution systems by identifying the optimal line hardening actions for a given budget constraint. The proposed approach optimizes the allocated budget to optimally harden the line to improve a risk-based resilience metric characterizing HILP events’ impacts.
