Optimization of Power Distribution of Submodule-level Differential Power Processing in Photovoltaic Systems

Activity: SupervisionMaster Dissertation Supervision

Description

Differential power processing architecture (DPP) is the lasted technology to solve the partial shading issues in photovoltaic systems. The PV-to-Bus is one of the particular topologies that the processed power among DC-DC converters is flexible. This characteristic brings a research direction of seeking out the optimal power distribution. This project is optimizing the power distribution between power stages of submodule-level and central-level. The final objective is to balance the system efficiency and cost of hardware.
