Description

With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more families have more than one motor vehicle. However, the level of urban infrastructure has not kept up with people's living standards, resulting in frequent traffic jams. The city's traffic situation is closely related to the hospital's emergency system. The increase in the urban road congestion index will reduce the efficiency of hospital ambulances and increase the time cost of ambulances arriving at the scene of the accident, thus affecting the treatment of patients.
Based on this phenomenon, this thesis conducts an in depth investigation and research on the community medical service system and finally identifies the target users as the elderly group with limited mobility in the community so that they can experience the complete medical service at their doorstep. In order to achieve the final design goal, this thesis will start from the users, and through the user centered investigation method and design principles, we will gain an in depth understanding of the current situation and problems of the community healthcare system. This thesis will use user interviews, user journey maps, and other design methods to analyze and finally complete the redesign of community healthcare services, including the design of mobile clinics and the design of appointment interfaces.
