The research main aim is proposing an alternative scenario for post emergency reconstruction process that proposes a regular and permanent relation between Regeneration and Risk mitigation principals within the transformation of cities after calamity, aiming at designing a flexible interpretative tool to facilitate the post emergency reconstruction phase through opening up a wide range of transformation possibilities related to the Emergency time line (Recovering, Adaptation, Transformation) and the Emergency scales (City Scale, urban tissue, urban void, Urban heritage/block), in order to participate in coping futuristic calamities related to the seismic vulnerability of the Italian context. where this tool is having the capacity and flexibility to be interpreted through practical verifications within different contexts of emergency, these general goals had been narrated successively within the four parts of the research
