Background：The COVID-19 pandemic has been changing our life, work and education, which in turn leads to transformations of international cooperation and exchange in education. The significant changes of education paradigm resulted from blended learning with mixed time and space is likely to bring historical opportunities to Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher VET in the context of digitalization.

Theme：To adapt to the changes and seize these opportunities, the symposium will invite experts and practitioners to explore the theme of “Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher VET in the post-epidemic era". It is hoped consensus could be reached in regard to innovative and transformational thinking for international cooperation and exchange in higher VET.

Highlights：The symposium will be organized and delivered via keynote speeches, reports, and roundtable discussion, and the content will include interpretations of policies, explorations of theoretical researches, and sharing of practical experience. It is expected that solutions could be provided for the internationalization and sustainable development of vocational education in China.
