Description
高校优化推动大学生参与乡村振兴策略的研究:以苏州为例ABSTRACT
This research aim to investigate how universities can more effectively facilitate university students’ engagement in rural revitalization. Current research primarily focuses on macro-level policies, with relatively limited discussion of specific practical factors. Current practices often emphasize short-term achievements rather than fully integrating college students into rural development projects. This study employs a systematic literature review to collect methods and approaches adopted by universities domestically and internationally to engage students in rural revitalization, thereby constructing a theoretical framework. Subsequently, interviews with relevant stakeholders were conducted to evaluate and refine the framework. Methods used in
this study include semi-structured interviews, purposive sampling, and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that universities should place greater emphasis on helping students clarify their individual needs during the process of talent cultivation. Additionally, universities should design practice activities that span the entire project lifecycle when collaborating with multiple stakeholders. In terms of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among students, universities need to address the disconnect between coursework and practical demands. Based on these findings, this study provides recommendations for universities to enhance student engagement in rural revitalization, aiming to better advance the overall process of rural revitalization.
