Virtual power plant (VPP) is one of the important technologies for realizing smart distribution network, which can aggregate the dispersed flexibility resources and unify and coordinate the dispatch through energy management system. This study proposes a robust optimization model for distribution network with VPP participation in an uncertain environment, which can reduce losses and improve operators' revenue. This study analyzes the information and energy inter-action characteristics of VPP and distribution network, introduces distribution robust optimization theory for renewable energy output and load uncertainty, and establishes a distribution ro-bust optimization dispatch model for VPP and distribution network based on typical scenarios.
