Distribution User Interfaces (DUI) indicate the new generation of UI systems encouraged by the increasing utilization of multiple digital devices and their interconnected information systems. With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT), more connected digital devices appear in our daily lives, such as watches, household appliances, and cars. Therefore, effective multi-devices interactions and operability are more challenging. In order to support the future IoT ecosystem, Huawei proposed the HarmonyOS, which provides many distributed mechanisms on the operating system level. To better utilize the new distributed OS model, we also need to improve the previous DUI models.
